Light Biology, nnEMF, Mitochondria, and the Brain: Frequency, Energy, and Protecting Independence on the Regenerative Homestead – Part 7: The Bigger Picture – Policy, Money, Military Ties, and the Regenerative Path Forward

Hey Y’all, it’s Kara from Lange Girl Farms here in Southeast Michigan.

We’ve covered a lot across this series — from light as quantum information and mitochondria as the energy hubs, to frequencies and Schumann resonance, converging research on mitochondrial stress, the brain’s neurobiology, wildlife and livestock connections, and practical steps we can take right now on our own land. The thread that runs through all of it is simple but powerful: frequency and energy are everything. Tesla told us to think in those terms if we want to understand the universe. Einstein showed us the wave nature of reality. When we replace Earth’s natural rhythms with artificial pulsed signals and mismatched light, the effects ripple from mitochondria to brains to entire ecosystems.

In this final part we step back for the bigger picture: why policies and standards haven’t caught up, who benefits, the money and military influences, and most importantly, the regenerative path forward for homesteaders who want more independence instead of more centralization.

Why Policies and Standards Lag

Current FCC and ICNIRP guidelines remain rooted in outdated thermal-only limits from the 1990s. They do not adequately address non-thermal, chronic, low-level effects documented in bees, plants, blood changes, neurological symptoms, and mitochondrial research. This gap persists despite converging evidence across frequencies, light biology, and Schumann resonance disruption.

Regulatory capture is a major factor. Revolving doors between industry, regulators, and standard-setting bodies are well-documented. Industry-funded studies are far more likely to find no harm. National security and economic competitiveness arguments — the AI race, 5G/6G rollout, data center expansion — often override precautionary approaches. Military interest in directed energy, communications, and microwave technologies has historically shaped standards, prioritizing operational needs over broad public health precaution.

Local control frequently gets overridden. Small rural townships face billion-dollar developers in court, while state-level fast-tracking moves projects forward. Microsoft’s NDA reversal was a partial transparency win, but the overall pattern favors speed and scale over careful review of land use, air quality, EMF, and biological impacts.

Following the Money and Who Benefits

The incentives are enormous and aligned:

•  Tech giants and AI companies need massive compute capacity. They benefit from fast permitting, subsidies, and lax reviews.

•  Utilities and gas producers gain from new peaker plants, pipelines, and grid upgrades driven by data center demand.

•  Equipment makers and telecoms profit from expanded wireless infrastructure.

•  Financial players pour capital into the data economy narrative.

“Green energy” incentives and tax credits often flow into the same ecosystem, masking continued or increased fossil fuel reliance for reliability. Japan’s ocean centers and Elon’s orbital plans are innovative cooling and land solutions, but they still fuel the overall explosion in always-connected systems rather than slowing demand. The result is externalized costs — rural land use, potential biological stress, and loss of independence — while benefits concentrate among a few large players.

The Regenerative Path Forward

As homesteaders, we don’t have to wait for perfect policy or massive studies. We can build resilience and protect what matters right now:

•  Buffering and Distance — Tree windbreaks, hedgerows, and wooded borders remain some of the best tools for shielding plants, animals, and homes while supporting natural light and frequency alignment.

•  Natural Light and Rhythms — Prioritize morning sunlight, warmer lighting choices, and reduced blue light at night to support mitochondria and circadian health.

•  Minimize Smart/Grid Dependence — Hardwire what we can, turn off WiFi at night, reduce unnecessary IoT devices, and preserve propane and wood options for true resilience and data ownership.

•  Soil, Pasture, and Observation — Diverse forage, rotational grazing, and close attention to our own land give real feedback where formal research has gaps.

•  Local Action — Attend zoning meetings, file public records requests, support setbacks for towers and data centers, and connect with other homesteaders and farmers.

True regenerative homesteading — decentralized, grounded in natural frequencies and light, focused on independence — is one of the strongest responses to the centralization pressures we face. By staying closer to the land, using natural systems, and making conscious choices, we protect pollinators, forage quality, livestock health, brain function, and the freedom to live on our own terms.

This series has been a deep look at connected systems most people only see in small glimpses. The biological signals are real and plausible across species. The infrastructure push is accelerating. The choice for us is clear: build buffers, reduce dependence where we can, observe closely, and support each other in the regenerative path.
