Return and Refund Policy
At Lange Girl Farms, we pour our heart into every handmade salve, balm, and laser-etched design. We want you completely satisfied!
Due to hygiene and safety:
- No returns on opened or used personal care items (salves, balms, butters, sprays, or any holistic products). Once opened, they cannot be resold.
- Unused, unopened non-personal care items (e.g., horse door hangers, ornaments, or decor) may be returned in original new condition within 14 days of delivery.
Damaged or defective items:
- If anything arrives damaged or flawed, notify us within 2 days of receipt with photos. We'll replace it or refund fully (including shipping)—no questions.
- Claims after 2 days may not qualify, as delays can indicate handling damage.
To return:
- Email [your email, e.g., kara@langegirlfarm.com] with order details and photos.
- Buyer pays return shipping unless damaged/defective.
- Refunds processed within 7–10 days of receipt.
Digital items (e.g., guides) are non-returnable once accessed.
